XenoTech becomes a subsidiary of Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. and joins with
Sekisui Medical Co., Ltd. in their global expansion plan to bring leading products and services for drug metabolism research to new markets.
2007
XenoTech becomes the exclusive North American distributor for SOLVO transporter products and services.
2006
XenoTech makes the finalist list for the Kansas Governor's Exporter of the Year Award for the second consecutive year. XenoTech takes first place in Kansas City Corporate Challenge (KCCC) Division H. XenoTech establishes sponsorship of the annual North American ISSX Scientific Achievement Award in honor of Dr. Ronald W. Estabrook, a pioneer in cytochrome P450 research.
2005
XenoTech is one of five finalists for the
Kansas Governor's Exporter of the Year Award.
2002
XenoTech relocates to its facility in Lenexa, Kansas, tripling laboratory and office space.
2001
XenoTech holds groundbreaking for its new facility in Lenexa, Kansas.
2000
Dr. Parkinson redeems KUMC-RI interest in XenoTech. The same year,
tebu-bio becomes XenoTech's exclusive distributor in Europe. XenoTech becomes the exclusive North American distributor for Cypex, offering the company's recombinant enzymes, substrates and metabolites to North American clients.
1997
Nosan becomes XenoTech's exclusive distributor in Japan.
1995
United States Patent Number 5,478,723 defining the
Reaction Phenotyping Kit is issued to Andrew Parkinson, et al.
1994
XenoTech, LLC is formed. Dr. Parkinson owns 80% and KUMC Research Institute (KUMC-RI) owns 20%.
1983
Dr. Andrew Parkinson joins the Department of Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Therapeutics at University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC). Contract studies in drug metabolism are initiated at KUMC.
