Title: National Account Manager, Customer Solutions Posted:September 8, 2011

Duties

  • Lead product sales across key customer segments
  • Provide content training and strategic direction to peer colleagues via CP sales direction
  • Demonstrate effective lateral leadership with peers and colleagues
  • Manage staff aligned to products solutions team in accordance with XT SMCS commercial model
  • Provide strategic contribution to XT products team in the development and distribution of XT products
  • Increase sales and market share for products and services
  • Service existing clients, and establish new clients
  • Plan and execute regular travel to customer accounts within the territory
  • Demonstrate rapid progress on lead creation and conversion
  • Provide weekly sales/market forecasts and reports for the assigned territory
  • Regularly make formal presentations to clients
  • Demonstrate effective communication with internal XT personnel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (scientific field preferred) plus 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate complex and technical information clearly and persuasively
  • Proficient in computer and software skills (windows based operating systems, MS office, etc)
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
