Maintenance and Metrology
XenoTech’s Maintenance and Metrology unit oversees and monitors maintenance, repairs and equipment performance. Our routine verification and calibration of critical analytical and production equipment help to ensure the quality that XenoTech’s customers have come to expect in both our products and contract services.
This department’s efforts include the following:
- Automated (computerized) monitoring of critical equipment and storage units
- Routine verification of metric measuring devices augmented by independent calibration services
- Equipment logbooks to provide complete operation and service histories
- Preventive maintenance program ensuring continuous operation of equipment
- Backup generator system for critical equipment during power failure
- Unique identification of all solutions to track usage
- Appropriate controls for test article receipt, handling, use and security
