A4040: Anti-peptide Antibody Against Human CYP2B6
This antibody was raised in rabbits against a CYP2B6-specific peptide. On Western immunoblots it detects a single band in human liver microsomes and recognizes recombinant CYP2B6, but not other recombinant CYPs, as shown below. The conditions for Western immunoblotting are described in a Technical Sheet supplied with the antibody.
